Avocado Toast with Poached Egg

🥗 Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread slices
  • 1 whole Ripe avocado
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 drizzle Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

    Toast bread until golden and crispy.

    Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Bring a pot of water to gentle simmer. Add a splash of vinegar.

    Crack egg into a small cup, create a whirlpool in water, gently drop egg in.

    Poach for 3-4 minutes until whites are set but yolk is runny.

    Spread avocado mixture on toast.

  7. 7

    Top with poached egg, red pepper flakes, salt, and drizzle of olive oil.
