🥗 Ingredients

  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 whole Red onion
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

    Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

    Combine vegetables in large bowl with olives.

    Crumble feta cheese over the top.

    Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

    Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
